  • Can you help if I don’t have a logo yet?

    Yes. If you need a professional logo or brand refresh before ordering uniforms, merch or signage, our logo and brand packages are a great place to start. We can create the visual foundation first, then help bring it to life across your website, printed items and branded products.

  • Can you help me choose the right products?

    Yes. If you’re not sure what to order, we can guide you based on your business, audience, budget and how the products will be used. Whether you need uniforms for your team, gifts for clients or promotional items for an event, we can help narrow down the best options.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    Minimum order quantities depend on the product and branding method. Some items have lower minimums, while others require larger quantities to be cost-effective. Once we know what you’re looking for, we can confirm the best options and quantities.

  • How long does an order take?

    Timeframes depend on the product, quantity, branding method and supplier availability. Once your products and artwork are confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated production and delivery timeframe before the order goes ahead.


    We recommend placing your order at least 30 days before you need your items. If you need something sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to work within your required timeframe.

  • Can you design the artwork for my branded products?

    Yes. If you already have a logo or brand files, we can prepare the artwork needed for your chosen products and make sure it is set up correctly for production.


    If your artwork requires more intensive design work, such as creating a new design, illustration, layout, campaign graphic or custom brand asset, we can quote this separately before any additional work begins.
